My transcript is blank?
If your transcript is blank, you are probably using an outdated version of Internet Explorer. To get the full experience, we suggest using Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Edge :) Chrome can be downloaded here
How to switch to the Open Dyslexic font?

How to retrieve a past version of my transcript?
What's the Version History? When you use the Happy Scribe editor, your file is automatically saved as you change it. In addition, the different versions of the transcript are saved for you. Are transcripts timecode synchronized?
When you upload the original files, our engines will read the meta-data available and the timecode will be automatically synchronized to the transcript and in the export. You can also adjust the start timecode and frame rate when exporting your file.
How to re-align the audio and the text?
After you have edited your file, the words may no longer align with your audio or video file. By realigning your file, we will adjust the time-code of each word. Click on timecode on the right side of the screen. Click on Realign Transcript You will be redirected to your dashboard while your file is being aligned. Note that this process might take a bit of time. Just note that this feature is in beta and that the the new version generated will lose your highlights, comments and spea
How to change the starting timecode?
If you are working in video production or post-production, you may want to change the starting timecode of your file. Click on the Timecode button on the right of the screen. Enter the starting time (hours, minutes, seconds and frame/seconds). Note that you can change the framerate of your file. Happy Scribe supports the following frame rates: 24fps, 25fps, 29.97fps, 30fps, 60fps. Once you have entered the starting timecode and the appropriate frame rate, you just have to save by cl
