How to delete a transcript ? Once you're signed in, find the transcript that you want to delete and click on the cross (on the right).
What is the turnaround ? ⏳
What is the turnaround ? It usually takes 1/2 of the audio length. For example if your file is 30 minutes long, we will transcribe it within 15 minutes. It can be a bit longer if it's a video file.

To benefit from the free trial, it is necessary to enter your payment details. Nonetheless, you won’t be charged if your file is under 30 minutes. If your file is longer than 30 minutes, you’ll be charged for the remaining minutes.
