How much does it cost?
We offer you the option to pay for individual hours with a simple Pay As You Go plan or you can choose from one of our two Monthly Subscriptions. The amount of hours you purchase refers to how many minutes of audio you can upload. So, for example if you purchase 1hour of transcription and then upload a 15mins file, you will have 45mins of transcription remaining. Are there refunds?
Sorry, there are no refunds. We provide free credits to new users so you can test your file and see if our system works for you. While our system uses advanced AI, it does not work well for all situations.
Can I pay via PayPal?

Every time you make a purchase on Happy Scribe, we instantly create an invoice for you. This invoice is viewable on your account where you can also download or save it for your records.
